Coordinate and provide support on overall innovation strategy/action plan, including formulation, design, planning and implementation in close collaboration. ❏ Proactively scout for new innovative ideas and opportunities. ❏ Lead projects from a UX perspective, defining functionality, navigation, and interaction models. ❏ Create UX deliverable: wire-frames, functional specifications, flows, Web/Mobile designs, all work related to Design etc. ❏ Help define research process and lead/participate in user testing as needed ❏ Initiate, suggest, and spearhead major UI refactoring for a more intuitive user-experience. ❏ Recognized project design skills, consistently deliver complex, large-scale projects on time. ❏ Involved in software Design analysis, Responsive Web layout by using latest technology, Web development and support activities in conformance to the development and quality standards. ❏ Responsible for design the web applications as per the client and user requirements. ❏ Responsible for creating the Web UI and maintaining its web standards. ❏ Responsible for Designing Android/IOS Apps for all Zong Applications. ❏ Responsible for leading analysis and design activities on multiple tasks. ❏ Responsible for providing design ans ideas direction and guidance. ❏.Re-Designing of existing Portals by using Bootstrap, Foundation, Flat Designing ,Material Designing framework. ❏ Responsible for all type of designing the internal and external Web Portals and Android Apps for Zong China Mobile Company.
